Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

Pay Dirt LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and mentor construction teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
    • Resolve conflicts and challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
    • Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and standards.
  • Budget and Cost Control
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
    • Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and change orders.
    • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
    • Address and resolve any compliance issues promptly.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
    • Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project updates, milestones, and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and construction scheduling tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).

Job Pay

$40 - $60 per hour
